Lois Plazzer

It has been my pleasure to have known Imre Filo since about 1992. Imre worked on several of my residential and commercial projects where he was foreman, contractor and primary carpenter. His work was always of excellent quality and the work was done efficiently and in a timely manner; he outperformed any and all of the finishing carpenters I have come to know over 20 years in the industry. Imre was practical, but also creative in his projects; he was patient but required quality work from his subordinates.

I know that Imre Filo worked for Jack Gutz Contracting Ltd. during his apprenticeship training from 1990 until 1993 and became a joumeyman carpenter at that company until the owner’s death. From 1993 until 1997 Imre worked as a self-employed foreman or supervisor on many commercial and residential projects in this city, and his work remains an excellent example of how good quality carpentry should be done.

Imre comes highly recommended by me and by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him in this past decade.
